Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer with the latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment and serves on the Executive Management Team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in human services or related field plus five (5) years of work experience in Intellectual and Developmental services, which may include supervising/directing multiple staff members, preparing budgets, and establishing strategic goals and objectives.
