Responsible for the management, supervision, and administration of the Intellectual and Developmental Disability and Early Childhood Intervention programs. Maintains compliance with the Texas Home Living principles, HCS principles, ECI contract, Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS), and Medicaid regulations. Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer with the latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment and serves on the Executive Management Team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in human services or related field plus five (5) years of work experience in Intellectual and Developmental services, which may include supervising/directing multiple staff members, preparing budgets, and establishing strategic goals and objectives. The Registered Therapist provides speech therapy for assigned families.
